Is it even possible to combine 2 methods? Drink N and chew a fentanyl patch? What do you think?

It should always be possible to combine but chewing one of these might makes it harder to not vomit.
The N itself should be enough maybe u keep the patch as back up.

omg, how is it gonna make me vomit? btw, there is no backup after 2 bottles of N...

Get an antiemetic. This should help. Idk where you r living but usually u can get them in a pharmacy without prescription. Just state that u are having migraine and need something against nausea.

I don't know if this would be possible for you but cooking the fent out and injecting would make it 100%.
Actually 2mg of Fent can kill someone. So injection would be the safest way if u want to be sure.

I cant inject anything.. will have to drink n and apply the patch, i guess

Any opiate, liquor or benzo will potentiate. I am very likely using some of all three.

I'm fairly certain they potentiate N. If you were seriously abusing benzos prior, you'd run into cross-tolerance issues due to this.

I dont have them yet. Need to order somehow and terribly scared.
But actually, I think any opioids can help. Too bad I dont have acces to Tramadol anymore... They used to prescribe it to me.
In my case I need anything to increase the effect of N. Dont have time for a coma...

I´d think it´s actually easier in the US... Especially in LA. You should look-

Actually I wonder if dilantin can be replaced by pregabilin… it is the same sort of pill more or less but I have it prescribed. Maybe I should take it before n,

Just take N. Based on my research opiates do not potentiate N, it's unnecessary, and increase coma time before death. If that's a concern I would not combine opiates. 5 hours with N is plenty no need to fret.

Can I ask what reserarch? In theory opiates if you overdose, stop you from breathing so I don´t see how it can increase coma?

I feel this is overkill. N alone is fine, getting rid of the taste with alcohol also potentiates it. From my research opiates can reduce the effectiveness of anti emetics (even though they're more of a precaution than absolutely necessary for N).

The main factor I feel is time alone as the time until death can widely vary up to around 24h (although this is stated to be 1% and mainly due to either alcohol dependence or daily anti psychotic use according to the PPH)

Most people just have a shot or two of something strong. It isn't necessary either to do as N will do the job. If you feel that way you can just stick to chocolate or something you like to drink that's non alcoholic afterwards (less volume the better).

Is there a particular reason you're concerned with the method that makes you feel you need to add other lethal drugs to it?

Benzos can be useful to help you relax for the process to. That's what I intend to do in conjunction with taking the anti emetic at the same time.
