I just want to write about how I feel so lonely and can't seem to keep relationships. I am also casually starting to think about suicide again but there is so much uncomfortable around dying. I don't know if things will truly get better and it's been almost a year. I just wish someone could give me permission to die.

Have you tried a munch? Ok I know it's themed towards extreme openness but you cannot find a better community. Over time they become extended family.

Do you know the reason for your loneliness? Hard to meet people, or to maintain current friendships, or get betrayed by so many people, or just tired of everyone?
