The day wasn't so bad but suddenly nearly out of nothing I feel like shit as if someone pressed a switch to bring me down. Obviously I fucked up my life with no way out, just shit. Hopefully this is over soon. Very weird feeling and thoughts and everything is crazy. Sorry when this sounds weird my brain does weird stuff right now.

To me it's really understandable just wishing for the suffering to end, I find it dreadful how existing here can very easily get worse. But anyway best wishes.
