I'm sorry you have to go through all of this, it must be hard for you, but you're a good person. Don't be mean to yourself for having a hard time. It's okay, you're still a good person. It can be hard but there are ways to train your memory and thinking. If you take it a slow you can learn and grow your life over time. Even if only by small parts. You might be able to get family and friends to help you with that too. Sometimes I don't know what to say either. But when talking, think of what a person may need. Do they need to be happy? Are they talking about a problem they need your help with? And for being tired, try drinking more water and eating healthy foods. What you eat can make it easier to stay awake. Like apples or coffee. But you can do it! It maybe hard but you can still do it.
