i get so humiliated by my appearance and caught up in the way other ppl perceive me that i will isolate myself for months to just not be seen. has anyone else experienced this and overcome it? im trying to go out more and care less but its so hard when ur just not pretty n ppl will always see u as that.

I don't have it the same as you, I do go outside because I couldn't stand staying home for longer than one day. I m extremely sensitive to judgment about my body... always been. It brings me down a lot.
I know that people who judge others have a problem themselves but it hurts anyway.
