Fear of death but we didnt choose to arrive !?

As far as i know, we didnt choose to arrive in this world and yet many humans fear death. I did fear death until i realised the impermanence of life and that it will arrive one day. Escaping the physical body for me is ending the physical pain of my illness as it will kill me eventually. Life cannot continue forevermore, so its interesting that many human's feel this way!.

There's no reason to be fearful. We've all got to face this. By choosing to take the way out early, we have utter control over our lives.

We've got a way out that doesn't mean we have to suffer in a cancer ward a merciful death even. So rather than be sad, we can be glad when we look at the context of in scheme of things were avoiding pain and suffering

it's normal how peopled fear death, they don't fear the pain of it, but the unknown end of it, but really why fear? Our life is already unknown we can't control anything in the events that happen daily, we already living the unknown end, everyday you sleep you will not be able to know what's coming tomorrow, and feeling the nothingness of death is not bad but some fear death because they wanting to do things they love or live with forever with their loved ones, it's ok ourselves and our loved ones also die, we all will have same end, and same eternal place

Whatsoever lays ahead of death will happen, however people believe. Some people fear the last judgement and yet because i do not believe in an authodox god, i have sinned tremendously wonderful. But i have spent most of my life helping people less fortunate than me and thats my legacy i bope.. I need to go suddenly and yet my disease process proffers an agonising, wasting and indignant death, protracted to the last breath. Like my mum who died without dignity from cancer in her own vomit, stink and filith. I FEAR this more than anything.......lack of control at the hands of the medics.

As I see more familiar celebs die, I realize that we'll all die. It always seemed far off or unreal. Makes ctb easier.

I do not fear death at all, I actually look forward to it. The thought of not existing is comforting to me. When I am dead, nothing can hurt me and I cannot suffer anymore. I think people fear death as this existence is all they know and they cannot comprehend what it is like to be dead. I only fear life instead, as there is no limit as to how bad things can get.

Thanks for your invite but i cannot commit unfortunately. Illness has the better of me as it bites its teeth deeper into my body and soul. I hope you have constructive talk. I think everyone alive needs to have this conversation about life and death. Perhaps we would become more empathetic loving creatures!.

yes i understand. We become NOTHINGNESS. People fear this but when we die, we lose our ego identity.
