I'm English so mine is a roast dinner. Gammon with roast potatoes cooked with beef dripping.

And cookie dough ice cream for dessert.

I adore buffalo wings with a side of fries and ranch. It HAS to be ranch. I could eat, breathe and sleep wings.

I have a lot of favorite foods! I guess that sort of defeats the purpose of a favorite, but, anyway, right now I'm really into:

- short rib ragu with pappardelle
- sourdough pizza with bechamel, mozzarella, and morel mushrooms
- sourdough pizza with vodka sauce, mozzarella, and italian sausage
- birria tacos
- grilled shrimp with peruvian aji amarillo
- ahi tuna steaks with chili crisp and rice-wine-vinegar and seaweed rice
- thai green curry (th eonly one on the list i don't know how to make)

For me, it's easier to name the least favorite dish. I love to eat.
I think my most favorite one recently is shawarma. I make it at home and never feel bored with the taste. Also, different kinds of pasta (bolognese, pesto, creamy chicken/mushrooms pasta, lasagna, marinara, frutti di mare), burgers, pizza, sushi bake, korean dumplings. Love something simple like honey mustard chicken wings with baked potatoes or steak with a greek salad.
As for desserts, I love napoleon cake, chocolate (cakes, candies, ice cream), marshmallows, brownies, chocolate-coated peanuts, tiramisu, muffins, chocolate chip cookies... I can talk about food forever. It's the only thing that can make me happy, lol.

Not too sure about meals but I love ice cream! My go-to is usually rum raisin, mint chocolate, or honey lavender since they're common enough. There's an ice cream store in another town that does seasonal flavors, and I love their lychee ice cream. Wish it was on their permanent menu.

Cake is also another favorite food of mine. Anything delicate and soft with fresh whipped cream and fruit as I'm not a fan of buttercream-type frostings. Recently, I've been into red velvet/earl grey cheesecake. I'd also love to try ice cream cake again, though it probably won't taste as good as I remember it being.

Yee--ice cream for any meal in any weather

If you're okay with fruit flavored ice bars, I highly recommend trying this one out (yuzu ice bar from Kubota) if you ever see it in your local Asian mart. I only had it once but I remember loving the texture and flavor.

And for creamy/fruity combos, something like Jeni's Brambleberry Crisp. Fresh ginger ice cream is tasty too if you want something creamy but not fruity. Especially when it has the right balance of spice and sweetness.



I'd probably start eating that peach ice cream at the soft serve state haha. Do you have a strong blender, like a Vitamix? I think people have recipes online for making ice cream with their (strong) blenders so that might be an option.
