Not sure if it worked or not. Was on the phone with her and she started puking. A lot. Said she was sleepy and dizzy and then her speech became difficult to comprehend. After a bit of silence, I said I hope she finds the peace she was looking for. More silence, labored breathing, then her phone abruptly hung up. Not sure if she did it accidentally or on purpose...I do miss her already. She was a sweet, caring and funny person with a unique insight into the world. She helped me through some rough days, gave me some insight into human nature and made me laugh. She will be missed.....

As I learned SN must be taken at half stomach i.e., one or two hours after light meal to avoid puking (which happens at empty stomach), or partial effectiveness of SN (happens if taken after heavy meals). anyone pls confirm or advise.

As I learned SN must be taken at half stomach i.e., one or two hours after light meal to avoid puking (which happens at empty stomach), or partial effectiveness of SN (happens if taken after heavy meals). anyone pls confirm or advise.

Not advised at all...if you vomit with food in your stomach you increase the likehood of aspirating which to be avoided at ALL costs cause it essentially changes the mechanism of death from Methaemoglobinimia to suffocation.

You should take SN on an empty stomach to let it absorb faster and in case you vomit, to be able to somewhat decide whether you vomited it all or not.

It's recommended to fast at least 5 hours, depends on your stomach and meal. If you feel empty after 5 hours, it should be good. Some of the intestines will be empty and it is good enough, however, to make sure most of intestines are empty I'd fast 7-8 hours. Please read the SN FAQ about fasting :)
