last night I had an argument with my sister while we were out, I ended up ubering home and she left in my car after she refused me my keys. It started out well and I ended up sleeping outside in 100 degree heat because I couldnt get inside my house. I was so angry at her but now I'm coping by numbing my emotions. It hurts me that I am angry at her. She makes me angry like this to me from time to time, I feel now like I was overreacting but now I dont know given the aftermath. We used to live together but she just got her own place and now I don't really have a reason to see her anymore. My immediate family is such a tight unit we aren't good at dealing with our emotions but I feel like something just broke. She likes to send me things on tik tok and instagram but I just blocked her

Family fights can be so hard. They're meant to have your back. Did she say why she took your keys from you? That seems to have been the start of this whole thing. Has it happened before? If so, she'll probably talk you you again in the same way as the last time, so it's fixable?

If possible, try to take the temperature down here. De-escalate. Consider unblocking her, you can just hide for a little bit if you need to simmer down

Family can really push buttons. But they are also around for a long time. It's better to avoid wars if you can...you don't have to be best friends or anything
