Fake vet prescription feasibility EU

How feasible would it be to forge a vet prescription in the EU?

I saw that a few individuals did it in South America. How about here?

Had no clue such thing existed.

I've never seen ID either but then again the only pets I've ever had were a few fish when I was a kid so I dont know much about this sort of thing

I read that someone faked a prescription in Peru. And you can still get it there in a couple of out of the way places but what I read (here, I believe) is that that door is closing soon for good.
