Fake Details for SN order

I'm in the mental health system, so I think that I should use fake details for my DSL order. This post is me asking for help about how to fill out some bits.

Fake name?
Because the parcel contains a chemical, the delivery man might ask for ID. If the delivery man needs ID and I use a fake name, then I can not recieve the parcel. Thoughts; has anyone had to provide ID when collecting their SN parcel?

Fake phone number?
A fake phone number would be wise, because my real phone number can be traced to my GP, who, of course, has my medical records which do show me menntioning my suicidal ideation as well as antidepressants. So, with all this in mind, my SN parcel may be stopped or I could recieve a welfare check.
It is best if I have a phone number that I can see delivery updates. I could maybe rent a phone number? Though if they trace the rented phone number and they find it as fraudulent or suspicious, then that could stop my parcel.

I'm trying to maximise my parcel's arrival's potential so all thoughts are welcome

Mine arrived this morning, not sure I'm fully out of the woods for a welfare check as it looks like some people get them after the delivery but I have got it

What email provider did you use? I know g-mail reads everything and proton had some controversies regarding privacy too. Perhaps I am being a bit paranoid idk. I've never done anything of this sort and I worry a lot about getting a welfare check, though I don't think anyone in my country did?

Thank you, that's what I've gathered too. This is a pretty small country so there is a sample size bias to some degree, but still I think the risk shouldn't be very high here.

I plan to use 'protonmail' for a burner email.

You can't get a prepaid phone number anonymously in Poland anymore, you have to confirm identity with an ID ;_;
I guess that makes an alt phone number pointless then? :(

Proton has been in an iffy situation lately due to their bad, misleading marketing, but their email service is still solid. I lost all content in one of my protonmails due to forgetting the password lol. Just bad managing on my end. Though secure, using the services alone won't make you anonymous.

It doesn't require personal info to set up, unlike services like Gmail that uses phone number, so the email itself when clean can not be linked back to anyone unless police take your tech away.

You can't be identified unless you yourself let identifiers through the emails/address or drop the end-to-end encryption. If a proton user sends an email to an outlook user, the contents can be accessed on Microsoft's end because of the receiver. Although there is a possibility that Proton starts doing specific IP-logging once the swiss government sends a court order to them to comply, likely for investigation.

It defeats the point of anonymity if you use literally any email address along with any personal info. That just makes it instantly easy for anyone to link the mail to you. The only pro I see this would be for is if you decide to not share your email specifically with the seller in this case. To avoid spam and whatnot.

But being realistic, with the amount of emails going back and forth these services, the likelihood if you getting spotted by the providers is extremely minimal. The only concern at least for me is for the seller to have my personal info. The government will have a way to link you nonetheless. SN is not inherently illegal in most countries, but it's best to read the laws in your country.

When I'm suspicious of certain sites or sellers I use Relay to get everything I need to my main inbox if it's important without giving the person the source. But Proton could work too.
