I tried them to hang me in my wardrobe by this metal rod as it says in the guide I started to see black before my eyes but it broke off how is this possible I did it with a scarf?

so if i did it again now would the bar break completely?

so if i do it on a tree will it work? put the noose under the adams apple and then push down cause i was on the right track until the bar dented
