Story failed carbon monoxide method. what do i do next?

i went to the forest with a car, chimney stater and charcoal.
sadly i woke up in the morning.
i used 4 kg charcoak, i though its more than enough in a small new car (i10)
please be careful because i suffer from serious brain damage and the after effect

i used starter and 4 kg and put it in the back of my car taking benzo and trying to sleep. woke up falling and cant hold myself.

go to hospital, if you dont already have permanent brain damage it will become permanent if it doesn't get treated and also get worse.
maybe dont try to commit suicide again?
you surviving might be a sign not to kill yourself from the universe or something
and if you try and fail again you probably will get brain damage, then your gonna lose alot of friends, then be isolated, might even get fired from your job, and then you really will want to commit suicide because you ruined your life, and in your final moments you'll be regretting it all.

There are reports when people were (very) drunk and in addition took benzos/meds they did not succeed. There are no scientific investigations on that but alcohol and meds seem to have an effect on how much CO can really bind to the blood. And maybe in the cruicial moments you don't have a strong enough breath-rate to inhale the needed lethal amounts of CO.

This is just a theory to think about. Nothing scientifically proven.

Hi, I somehow came across this site after some furious google searching over the weekend. After trying and failing other methods over the past month I came across back to the idea of carbon monoxide and decided to dig further into charcoal burning, of which there are plenty discussions on this...

Just another thing, did you put the charcoal into a bucket or grill after it was greyish or was it kept in the chimney-starter?

A chimney-starter works like a chimney to produce airflow though a material that has to burn. If you left the charcoal in the chimey-starter there may have been to much airflow and therefore too much oxygen so there was not enough CO produced and more CO2. This is just viewing it from a chemical point of view. Unless you had a CO meter it's very difficult to determin whether there was or was not a really lethal amount of CO present at any point besides the fact that your body might be able to resists more than the avg.

What was your condition after you woke up? Were you able to drive back? How debilitating is the damage and did start right away or take a while? Sorry I don't have advice to give only questions

did you make sure there weren't any places where there could be ventilation from outside? if you ever considering using this method again make sure of that. Even if you did check countless times for the attempt you just failed, you might've still didnt catch something. You could also try other methods, there are many more out there, it will just take extensive research to find the one that would work best for you. Im sorry that you failed your attempt and i hope you soon succeed in ctbing. I wish you the best.

To me it just sounds so horrible failing a suicide attempt, it's exactly what I fear, it's inhumane how we cannot just leave this world in a guaranteed and peaceful way without risks involved, I wish you the best.

i didnt tap anything, i have been drinking and benzo, i ithought that in such a small car it would be easy with 4kg.
waiting too ,is not good because the co levels go down fast
