Enjoyment is meant in the broad sense. I'm contemplating the topic of suicide but not contemplating committing it currently. Rather preparing for a future change of circumstances. Not sure what your definition of "serious" is.

This is possibly the only place on the internet where venting about suicide is acceptable and being able to air a lifetime of bottled-up feelings on the matter to an (ostensibly) understanding community is more therapeutic than any red-taped quack you might hire per hour. Don't belittle the value of this. A forum is a poor medium if the purpose is strictly to inform and educate.

This forum is not just for people who want to commit suicide. I'd say anyone who has experienced (or is just plain interested) in suicidal ideation but has absolutely no plans of ctb and just want to meet like-minded people is equally welcome.

If I was allowed to suicide I would choose to do so in a hospital, so they could help me do it right, and then they could also harvest all of my organs to save people who actually want to live or to use for medical research to help people, It's not very pro-life to let those people who wanted to live die because they couldn't find a donor. It would be a fair trade IMO. I'm rhesus negative too, so they could use my meat bag for anyone, no need to worry about blood types. Tell the pro lifers they are responsible for the deaths of maybe 6 people who didn't get a transplant because I have to hide to ctb which means my organs will be useless by the time my body is found.

I'm with you! I think of all the benefits if I exited, so why does society freak out? I mean, one less person in an overpopulated world. Someone new can live in my home. Someone can take my job. Social Security doesn't have to pay for me. Everyone can grab and use my organs. My lord - I should get an award for volunteering to exit early, not get shunned or locked in a psych ward!!!

Ikr, we can donate blood to anyone too as long as we are physically healthy and don't have recent tattoos (at least we can do that part while we are alive). It is such a waste though, my organs are not pristine because I smoked and drank for many years but they work well enough to sustain life, as long as they don't want to be an athlete it would be good enough :( Hopefully one day the rules will change.

The time spent on this site was worth it for a long time, but the juvenile nature of many on here now makes it nothing more than a place to vent. This is very far removed from what I came to expect from the people here. I read your comment Makko, and wonder if you really are contemplating suicide. I cannot agree more. It seems like the website has changed and for the worse in the past month or so. Still best forum for learning on ctb though. Idk what I'd do without this website.

Fucking hell, and now chaos is happening. I've been with this group for over a year now, I've made a lot of time and investment into the group and made a lot of friends here. It makes me so hurt and angry the staff couldn't just talk this out with me. Any form of response would've been better than none. People are still sending me messages so I'll hold off on banning. How can I when I told the staff someone is being a bully and I get absolutely zero response? Nothing is going to fix that problem. The person won't leave me alone and the staff won't address it. If I just put the person on ignore they start spreading lies around the community trying to destroy character, so that isn't an option either. They also refuse to put me on ignore and refuse to leave me alone.

edit to clarify... this isn't because I'm intimidated by this member she is weak and cruel and very easy to spar with. The problem is that the staff sees it and doesn't help me.

Got the lab results from my blood tests, and happy to report that my nasty demeanour, please read above post, visual issues, word substitution are all attributable to changes in the blood. Why those changes happened are still being figured out. Please bear with me a little longer...I shall prevail. Sorry Makko. Not sure what I was talking about...above...will be back to the site when I know what I am doing...promise. Hugs to all.
