Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

My psychiatrist prescribed it to me as an addition to fluoxetine and bupropion, the dose is 2x800mg per day. It's meant to help with brain fog and general cognitive problems caused by depression (and possible adhd), as I do not want to take risks with switching the meds I'm currently on. She said it's very safe and while it doesn't do much for some people, sometimes it can help a bit. I kind of want to try it as it seems low risk generally, but I also heard about cases of people with preexisting mental health problems getting worse because of it so I'm kind of scared, anyway I am always extra careful with any substance I put into my body.

I feel like she prescribes me those meds like it's candy lol

I read a bit on it already but I mostly find info from people who take it for "improving cognitive performance" and OTC. I'm just curious if anyone here has tried it.
