Discussion Experience with Propranolol dosage for SN?

For the SN method, it's recommended to take about 400mg propranolol. Now there are two things we can do, either take it with antiemetics or with SN as per pph. In the PPH 2025 it's recommended to take it first.

My dilemma is I have a fluctuating blood pressure that goes low if I haven't eaten for a long time. I don't want to pass out or feel too weak before taking SN. One way is too obviously to test it out. Problem is, I only have 200 mg extra left.

Has anyone taken a high dose of Propranolol? I have a BMI of 21 and weigh 62kg.

Wondering about propranolol too, some say it's a luxury, but I'll take any luxury I can get since I can't get my hands on benzos and will have to rely on eszopiclone or zopiclone as a sedative.

Yeah, It's definitely not essential but hey if we can have it, It's going to make the process easier. I will see if I can get more of it and update it here.

Benzos are heavily controlled here as well, although I think I can get it online for exorbitant prices from shady channels I don't need It I think if I want I can take my antipsychotic which will put me to sleep in 10–15 minutes but wondering if it would be a problem in case i vomit that's not on my plan for now
