Dears, can we use baking soda (the previous PPH suggestion before SN ingestion) as last option for cimetedine(latest PPH suggestion before SN ingestion), when cimetedine is not obtainable??? Or atleast can we use alkaline foods, like almonds, to prevent acidity???
