I found it easy to buy. I have to email a photo of my license and as under 50 just had to give a reason for wanting the information. I just said I had ms.

A few years ago I found a copy of the PPH on Ebay.. It can be bought from other places, not just from Exit.

No that was to purchase the book.
To access the forums they require proof of medical issue or age (50 or over). I am neither physically ill or 50.
