Hello guys, my life is utter suffering and has been for a very long time. I really want a (peaceful) way out, and would like your help with the exit bag method because I don't quite understand some vital & important things. I think I understand how to make the exit bag itself - I saw a video guide on that, but what I don't understand is how to properly set up the rest (gas, tubing, connections, etc.). I would highly appreciate it if people could help me with that, please.

I live in germany, so I am lucky enough to be able to order Helium gas with 99,9% purity online (at least, that's what is advertised), and I've got my eye on a helium tank with this kind of valve/output (not sure what the proper english word is for that thingy where you turn the valve and helium comes out, sorry) Screenshot 2
I read that I need at least 600L, so I need two of them. But.... once I get the two tanks and make an exit bag, how do I proceed from there? What type of flow-meter/regulator do I need - there are many different types, do I need two? - one for each tank? What kind of tubing and how do I connect the two tanks with oneanother, with the regulators etc., and create even/proper gas-flow that connects to the exit bag? I honestly find this part of the method very confusing & difficult for me, and I can't afford to f this up. I wish I understood. Any help please? Can some of you maybe share some sources/pictures of products that I need in order to pull this off, privately via a dm - as sharing that publicy here isn't allowed?

Thank you.

Buy a 1 tank which has 1200 L

Try searching for nitrogen flowmeter, if you can't get a argon flowmeter, get a regulator with flowmeter, get a oxygen tubing, don't buy two tanks

I will send you pictures

For cylinder buy something like this

What gas you planning to use?

Now a days helium is mixed with oxygen so better buy nitrogen cylinder

Buy this type of regulator with flowmeter for exit bag

Buy this type of tubing for exit bag

Image

Exit bag size should be 35cm x 50cm

How to make exit bag, watch the video

I know as a new member you can´t use the search function. Search results for you:

or a better alternative to the exit bag:

@befree & @Vizzy Thank you both for your replies. Sadly Vizzy, I don't think that I can obtain a big helium tank, as I don't have a car for transport or similar. The big ones sadly don't have a shipping option either. Do you reckon, that having two smaller helium tanks, and then using a gas flow rate of 7.5 for each may do the trick? I reckon I would need to prep each one individually with its own flow regulator and tubing, and place both ends of the tubes into the exit bag & well... then turning both to 7.5 to get to 15 Lpm. I also wonder, if a normal flow regulator would fit on the smaller ones, as I am assuming bigger tanks may have a tad different plug-in system, dunno....

That's not helium cylinder, that's nitrogen cylinder

Now a days helium are mixed with oxygen to stop suicide, it is hard to get pure helium so we are using nitrogen instead of helium

Not true. In the EU you can easily buy helium or nitrogen with a purity of 99,999% (= helium or nitrogen 5.0).

It is true, pure nitrogen is easy to get compared to helium and helium is expensive

I am not specifically talking about Europe here, I am talking as a whole

Have you bought pure helium in Europe?

You're getting creative, but the more connections you have, the more the risk of leaks--There must be no mistakes

Yes, and also many other members from the same vendor where I ordered. 99,99% nitrogen and helium.
