It's strange... I'm a big fan of being choked during sex (if I could really choose any death, that would top my list), but I can't bring myself to consider any of the hanging methods. I think people are able to go too far with this because the combo kind of cancels itself out. Hard to explain, but sensation is both enhanced and dulled at the same time, so you don't register pain as much (or it's almost a pleasant sensation) but pleasure feels extra good. So you do it more, and if you push it too long and don't have safety measures in place, you might pass out with your airways cut off and die.
