It's a chore like any other. It just needs to get done.
I just use a simple strategy. I pick a certain time of day to dedicate to doing the dishes, laundry, planning for CTB. Another magnificent switcheroo from life advice to CTB advice.

For real tho, it really is exhausting especially when all a person wants is not to be. I usually postpone it until I have just about enough energy to start. Sometimes it takes a day sometimes a week or more.
I did more research when I first discovered this place because of how new and exciting this whole experience was which I managed to use as fuel.
The same applied to my most recent attempts which were multiple years after the last one. The excitement just made it possible.

Amphetamines might help. They can give you energy and make you feel a lot less tired.

I don't get how people have the energy to do all this. Like I'm too scared to buy a gun. It's impressive to me how people can be so motivated

I don't have an adhd diagnosis but was lucky to get a stimulant prescription. Otherwise I'd sleep forever.

They do. I only take mine on days that I know I can do a big job. And I've even opened the capsules and taken half in the morning and half later. You're not supposed to do this with this particular medication, but I think it's only because they're afraid of interrupting your sleep patterns and creating insomnia. I dont want to be given less mg and then something happen and have nothing at all, because that happened and I gained so much weight. There are less intense stimulants that arent considered stimulants too, like Provigil. I thought that would change my life, but sadly it only helped like maybe 25% energywise. It's supposed to be effective on everyone else though.

I haven't been diagnosed with ADHD either. My psychiatrist prescribed it to me because he thought it might help give me motivation. Yeah, motivation to fucking kill myself!! 😄

I guess those people were fortunate enough to have access to a method they felt confident in and they just got so determined to cease existing on their own terms, I really do envy those people, I wish suicide is as straightforward as just choosing to be gone, it'd be such a relief to be able to just easily die in peace.

Your fatigue could either be mental or physical. The sluggishness could be due to depression caused by chemical imbalances in the brain. This is usually addressed by medication or by trying second line otc supplements (nootropics).

Irrespective of whether it's fatigue or a chemical imbalance, one can get mental clarity by strengthening our thinking by practicing critical thinking. The cerebral cortex is the part of our brain responsible for executive function and emotional regulation and can be strengthened like any muscle in a gym. The more we exert our reason and practice critical thinking, the stronger it becomes.

If it's physical fatigue, try fixing your diet. Foods rich in fiber can clean the gut and help neurotransmitter levels in the brain. Dates, dried figs, nuts and bananas are a good source of energy. Kefir is great for the gut. If you are taking dates soak them overnight for 8 hours in boiling water as they contain oxalates that could cause kidney stones. Oxalates are eliminated by boiling or steaming, drinking lots of water. Following a good diet for at least 3 months and practicing critical thinking will give you enough energy and put you in a good frame of mind to take up whatever tasks you need to accomplish..
