emptying the bottle

i need to empty this bottle to forget where i am and what's happening to me , i dont want to breakdown, i need to empty the bottle so i can forget. about 27 days left. worst days in my life. i need to forget. Forget.

I dont know why i cant simply forget. cant sleep either. i cant forget. i want to scream and cry but it's midnight.

I didn't sleep. I laid in bed all night trying to listen to some lectures in the background almost constantly trembling... I've just decided to let the pain and stress overtake me. I deserve it now. I'm not ready to empty my bottles....

i hope that this site alleviates your pain at least a bit. i'm almost always here if you'd like to talk and let your pain out. can't really breathe rn but i try my best


i hope i didnt say anything wrong. i dont know what to say much either. its all went to shit. if i could take away all the pain and distress from eveyone i would.

Yes, I've found some relief from my anxiety here. I love to write as well, I had surgery on my hand and arm, so It's hard. Likewise, I'm here, open to share or distract
