Yep. Don't know if its permanent or not. Kind of fucks up my plans to buy N from C. I know he's on WHM, but I'm still figuring out how to use pgp encryption, which is mandatory in WHM. I emailed him directly a few hours ago, so far no response. I will keep everybody posted though. Does anyone know of any other sites he sells through?

As above said, most markets go down daily due to DDoS attacks against them, and come back up usually with new mirrors. Regarding PGP, use it whether it's mandatory or not, it's not worth putting your shipping address out there in plain text. It looks confusing, but it's very simple once you get the understanding of it.
