Empathy is suffering

I fucking hate having empathy, I can't even look at a fucking living creature without feeling bad its alive and sadness at that fact. I feel bad for murderers and murder victims alike. every single fucking thing on this earth makes me feel sad it exists. I have to disassociate all fucking day so I don't hang myself or plummet my body off a building. This is not sustainable, Someday it will be to much.
