My therapist is going to try emdr therapy with me in the next few weeks. I have seen very mixed reviews. Some people have said that it has helped them feel a lot better, while I've seen others say that the therapy itself has made them suicidal.
To be honest, I don't really care which of the two sides of the coin i get. If i heal and live a happy life, well thats great. If I become more suicidal than i already am then maybe it'll give me the push i need to ctb. i don't care either way.
[I'm just now realising that maybe this would fit better in the recovery section- but i also didn't want to be too dark there with the "i don't care if i live or die" crap]
