While he was not born in the US, he naturalized here in 2002. So he has been a US citizen for the last 23 years. He is not here illegally.

I get that you don't like him but you need to put your emotions aside and see that rationally, he did not break any immigration laws. He is acting in the best interest of the US while what he is doing may *seem* illegal in the rest of the world.

I live in Germany but I don't think that having an opinion on the US is illegal if you are not US citizen. By the way according to his brother Musk came here as an illegal immigrant.
