Effective combo method?

What do y'all think about a 22 mag to the side of the head whilst standing noosed up in case death is not immediate? Only caliber I have access to. Am I correct in assuming that even if the gunshot is not an instakill it will be immediate unconsciousness or at least render me unable to save myself from the noose? Ideally I would like to just make myself unconscious whilst noosed up without needing the guts to shoot myself in the head but I don't know of any means to accomplish that that's accessible. I've been unsuccessful experimenting with partial and night-night and for me this is preferable to full suspension. I'm not yet at the point of being able to pull the trigger on this low caliber but the idea of the extra insurance of the noose is helping me get there. Are there any other combo methods that don't require drugs not readily available?

Loss of consciousness will be immediate and you will fall into the noose without realizing it. 100% lethal if in complete suspension. However, if you already fall dead from the shot of the weapon it will be useless, but it is your guarantee of death.

I plan on consuming SN and dropping from a lethal height. It might not be instant, but the SN will kill off the SI before falling.
