Has anyone ever filed an EEOC complaint at work in the US? I live in the a state where I believe they put the stupidest people - no shit - the people here are so stupid - the dogs here are smarter. Anyway if you've ever filed an EEOC complaint in the US let me know how it went. I have a feeling it's a pile of bullshit and a total waste of time.
