I keep gaining weight even when I not eating as much and I don't like my image at all. im 180 and i keep going 185-189 I recently got something called, burtitus I think i spelled it right..? My knees are killing me and I think its tied to my weight and not sure what to do my PT is in may so its a long weight..;( any advice?

It sounds as a hormonal issue- to be near exact- thyroid issue. When the thyroid gland does not produce sufficient thyroid hormones required to regulate your body's metabolism, it can cause weight gain even if u don't eat a lot. you can search for the term Hypothyroidism. It can be controlled during early age.

It happens to most of us and I am the primary example. It can be diagnosed via blood test for your thyroid. They'll probably prescribe some medicine but you will also have to put in the effort as makeing sure never to skip a meal, especially breakfast, walk everyday and at least 10 minutes barefoot on grass. Meditation can do miracles here. All the best.
