• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Just as the title suggests. I do have dihydrocodeines on hand, but I'm not sure they'd be strong enough to kill me. Although I am aware there's a method using a coffee filter to remove the paracetamol/other worthless drugs from the codeines, so I could try that if required. Apologies if this is a stupid question, I'm begin ing to get rather desperate. I appreciate any and all suggestions, even if you're not sure they'd work.

Alcohol poisoning?

If not household drugs, what about other household chemicals?

Ammonia and bleach?
Charcoal?
Antifreeze?

What can be used?

By "household" drugs I take it you mean over-the-counter (otc) drugs. The problem is you would need far too many, or too much, of them. Ingesting too much of anything is going to trigger a response from your body to expel them, as it will "see" it as a poison, an invader. What does get absorbed is most likely just going to damage your internal organs, and you'll then have a whole new set of problems you have to deal with on top of any that made you try it in the first place. Find a better way.

None. Overdosing with common drugs (especially over the counter meds) will probably not kill you. And if it kills you, it will be really slowly and painful.

If you want to try some kind of overdose, you would need a lot of knowledge to choose what to use, so don't try to overdose over a random SaSu commnent.

There's more info about overdoses and other kind of bad methods here:

I would recommend another method.

It's not stupid, don't worry. There never is a stupid question when we are talking about CTB. This kind of information is extremely important to know if you are planning to CTB, and it's not something you learn in your everyday situations. So make as many questions as you wish.

Honestly none of those sound like good methods. I understand wanting to have a convenient method but you should balance that by finding a method that's as painless as possible. At least that's my opinion.

I have no idea what works but I do know that most household items won't work but instead will cause long term damage and pain. Most cleaning supplies will lead to week long diarrhea and possibly liver failure (I know from experience--chugged a bottle of fabuloso as a teen once. Cannot recommend this one any less don't do it) Antifreeze will leave you permanently blind, not may but will. Bleach will make your organs fail. Rat poison will make you vomit. Household supplies don't kill. And poisoning as an attempt has a very low success rate, it's only successful 2% of the time.

absolutely zero judgement here because accessibility does matter. I understand people get desperate or are perhaps sometimes in an impulsive moment (not saying you are op)

but I think household cleaners etc should be included in the non methods sticky bc there have been a lot of posts like this lately.
(actually i'm gonna assume someone has commented it at some point on that thread)

it's just not reliable.

no disrespect meant op! meant with care. organ damage etc isn't what we want.

Better to learn and avoid painful mistakes than never asking.

This community is just so amazing <3 Don't be discouraged OP, we're all here to help each other: life has already been too cruel for us to be cruel among ourselves so ask away!
