Venting Dysphoria related to suicide.

This is probably something that most cis people won't understand. And anyone outside of SaSu would probably label me as crazy for feeling this way.

…But knowing that if I do ctb and it will be through SN, causes me dysphoria. Most men use violent methods to ctb. Most women overdose/poison themselves. I know that I'll go into the female side of the statistic for poisoning and that makes me sick. And even if I had access to a gun, I am way too paranoid of it not succeeding.

Yes. I don't. So i'm asking for clarification, no offense intended. Do i get it correctly that using a method statistically associated with females makes you uncomfortable?

How about inert gas asphyxiation? Considered very peaceful and not exactly poisoning. Will land you somewhere in the middle.

So many people on here talk about SN. I think it'd be interesting if you did a poll on it what the results would actually be for it. I suspect a lot of men attempt that method.

Although I see why it distresses you and that is valid. Do you think that those around you will judge you for your method after you die? I wish I had something comforting to say. It sucks being dysphoric. I know believe me.

They meant they were uncomfortable with using a method used more by men and so want to use a method used more by women as they are probably a trans woman or trans feminine person.
