Dying of "normal" causes while being suicidal

I was diagnosed with a heart disease back in may and while being in the hospital I was thinking about how good it would be to die now of "natural" causes, somehow dying because of a disease is "okay" while being suicidal and wanting to ctb you are selfish and it's wrong in every way.

did some of you had any diseases and how did you feel after being diagnosed?

Unfortunately, I haven't been diagnosed with anything but i'm still hoping for it;)) and who cares what others think. Anyone who thinks killing themselves is selfish never experienced suicidality and doesn't know what they're talking about. I'm sorry but f**k that kind of thinking. I'm sorry you have this condition....
