I can't believe this is even a topic. To me it makes light of people's real anguish in life and it diminishes other's real pain and their desire to alleviate themselves from that pain. I think that for those truly suffering pain, emotional or physical, I highly doubt that "going out" while ejaculating, or having an orgasm, would be on their bucket list. as someone who has seen at least one image of someone who died by autoerotic asphyxiation, I assume on accident, I am not sure why anyone would want to die this way on purpose

I think that it would be very humiliating to those around them or appalling

especially in this image I remember seeing
