Alcohol does have mild analgesic properties and will reduce your inhibition, making it easier to go through with. It will affect your motor skills and make you more clumsy. I'm not sure if it'll affect them badly enough to make it hard to hang yourself. I think benzos could achieve a similar usage.
yea i dont drink alcohol either, every time i drink beer i can only drink small amount, still dont like the taste of it , but sake taste way better for me. and it give the dizzy effect that i like.
