Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Alcohol does have mild analgesic properties and will reduce your inhibition, making it easier to go through with. It will affect your motor skills and make you more clumsy. I'm not sure if it'll affect them badly enough to make it hard to hang yourself. I think benzos could achieve a similar usage.
