DSL Shipping question it has just gone to U* customs and has stopped there. Is it still moving?

I also have an order from DSL from 10 days ago. It stopped When it hit U* customs and nothing after, it just says prepared for customs on the tracking no movement past then. Is this normal? Im in Canada as well

I assume it has left U* and is somewhere out there and will eventually update. I cant be still sitting in U* customs prep can it?

Trying to see if this is typical or not, if other users have seen the same thing on their end when they ordered

What is? Mine is still stuck in U* for a month but now in a new spot there . Im waiting a bit longer to see if it moves again before asking for a replacement
