So long as his name is in the pph as the only recognised supplier he doesn't need to adopt any customer care froth.I get that he owes us nothing, but I would imagine this forum is his main source of customers, and it's not like he gets repeat customers, so keeping the level of panic to a minimum would be in his best interest. I quick reply with "sent" or the tracking info would go a long way to keeping the panic in check.
Did you send him the receipt showing you paid? That is what he is saying when he says he will provide a tracking number after payment. He has no record of your payment. Send it as an attachment and ask for a tracking number. You will get your orderI think he didn't respond because it wasn't btc or monero. He sent me the "after payment" reply today on his new email.
U guys are right. We should wait more to give the benefit of the doubt. It is my first time as well doing something like this so but nervous.

So you sent him confirmation of payment via email when? Are you emailing him at the same email address each time? Whatever the confusion is , I dont think its that he scammed you so dont worry. I would email him the receipt that you paid AGAIN and say you sent this earlier but did not receive a tracking number then wait for a reply.......good luck@RN12

It's not only him having issues though. Someone else reported ordering and not receiving for over a week. Other members are saying he hasn't been responsive at all lately. You can if you want but exit will make their decision based on wide reporting, not just from here. And bearing in mind how long it took them to remove A, and prior to that the previous D, after they were outed as exit scammers it's probably a worthless deed. Exit lnt don't care about us, they care abut cash. That's what this whole thing is about, this is why we don't receive assurance emails, loyalty bonuses, BOGOF deals, because our ctb is a quick buck for all concerned. We have to accept those terms or find alternative methods.@RN12

It's their cash cow essentially so they won't nees warning. They'll either be on it trying to keep it alive or they'll stay quiet in the bliss of ignorance. The recent address change seems at least partially likely to have been on the advice of Exit/the publishers of the pph. I say that based on the timing and the wording surrounding the edit in the Nov edition that claims that D is reported to ask for proof of purchase od the pph in order to avoid selling to minors. It whiffs of some arse in my opinion and a bit of an attempt to encourage people who viewed the Nov edition via pirated sources to buy a copy of the pph. You can buy it at any age and receive proof of purchase before actually receiving access to the handbook so it doesn't really make any difference as far as selling to minors and lets be honest, has he asked anyone for said proof of purchase? I don't think som

Your right, D is not a scammer until he is.......for anyone who has a tracking number and did not get it, did you call UPS and ask where it is? There are so many variables why it has not arrived other than D kept your money but its important to keep track of how many people have ordered in the past 2 weeks , and did not get a tracking number ? Back in the day when A was the vendor we threw him our money and waited, no emails were followed up, no contact, some people got their N in a week, others in a month. Some even longer. Once he went on holiday for two weeks, all hell broke loose. There really needs to be some perspective here, he might be scamming, may have been assassinated, or he might just be pissed up in a bar somewhere. He answers his purchase requests and ghosts the chase-ups for very obvious reasons. It's absolutely correct to be anxious about the wait for a delivery but there's absolutely no need for the catastrophising yet.

But A was always slow to respond and not always reliable, even before he turned into a scammer. D has a reputation for fast replies and fast deliveries. So it is just odd that all of the sudden so many people are encountering the same issue at the same time.
No reason to panic just yet but I think it is good to caution others. I think once the 2 week mark passes it can be safely assumed no package is coming. Especially since it was supposed to take 2 days.
I've only just asked for an update on tracking. No redic emails or accusatory emails.
