my cuts were barely styros n they've been healing for almost two weeks for clarification
ive noticed theres like . pieces of dry skin flaking off?? closest way to describe it is like when u scrape your knee , but its happening to Every single cut and doesnt hurt for some reason
ive avoided touching them or even wearing scratchy fabrics so i have no idea why theyd be doing this . is it just a weird part of the healing process ???? should i try getgting rid of them with an exfoliation scrub thing??
i really do Not want them to end up reopened or something but i feel likje they shouldnt be flaking either

i have a little experience. how healed are they? are they scabby or regular skin? light-ish skin color, or purple/red/blue? i wouldn't want to ask you for a photo, but its hard to understand without. no pressure. if there's any more details you can give me, it would help a lot.

i think they're like almost completely healed,, theyre basically the same color as my skin , just a bit darker and more red . they didnt really scab to begin with when i first did them either
thanks for trying to help btw ^_^

in the case that you cant tell if they're scabs or not, if you pressed and dug with your fingers, and it would reopen, its a scab (with your normal skin, it would leave a white/pink mark for a few minutes and fade away, but blood would not be drawn.) if its not scabbed, you can gently remove the flakes in/after a shower, when your skin is extra fragile, and it shouldn't be a problem. if they are scabbed, i would leave it be, or put them under a loosely wrapped bandage, and leave it. for extra info, i would add some lotion to help it fade out (if thats a goal for you) and strengthen the skin, as long as it isnt a scab. always happy to help!

It's normal for scars to get dry/tight and flakey during healing; it should improve and go away after a few days/weeks!
