As a quick note: many drugs don't really make much of a difference; 2g of shrooms could be beneficial, it's like many therapy sessions condensed in a few hours, but anhedonia prevents a virtuous cycle; an heroic dosage did help with anhedonia for a while, but the afterglow faded, and I'm not ready for another experience like that; alcohol doesn't particularly make me more suicidal, but it does make me more prone to act. It's on alcohol that I tried cutting and did a trial of partial suspension. However, it doesn't stop me from binge drinking every now and then.
