I keep changing my mind on this. Recently I'm just binge drinking (as opposed to former everyday drinking) to break up the depressing UK lockdown, so for me it would be answers 2 and 4, at least currently...

1 and 5. I've recently reported my experience with different drugs in another post, you can check my profile to read it. As a quick note: many drugs don't really make much of a difference; 2g of shrooms could be beneficial, it's like many therapy sessions condensed in a few hours, but anhedonia prevents a virtuous cycle; an heroic dosage did help with anhedonia for a while, but the afterglow faded, and I'm not ready for another experience like that; alcohol doesn't particularly make me more suicidal, but it does make me more prone to act. It's on alcohol that I tried cutting and did a trial of partial suspension. However, it doesn't stop me from binge drinking every now and then.
