Drinking SN without any medicines

Hello, I was wondering if one could only drink SN and still be able to pass out without vomiting? I don't think I'd be able to get those medicines that I am suppose to take before drinking SN.

i'll take my SN without any other medications too (even painkillers).
vomiting is very likely, so try to avoid being found too early

There's the looming questions of other easier to get items, ie. antacids: Nexium, bicarbonate, aloe, digestive enzymes, and I'm sure some homeopathic remedies are anti emesis measures; but, we need an informed answer.

All you need is SN. Fast, and redose if you vomit

He only took painkillers and it was very peaceful but he was 52 years old and I think the process really depends on age and health. It's possible to ctb with only SN but I would prepare a second dose in case of vomitting , which is likely.
