Hmmm... I believe milk is not fast to digest as it has proteins in it moreso with snacks. Though it will take at least 4-5 hours to do so, we also need to consider how fast one's metabolism is.

asking you again, can you cite any source where someone has failed in SN attempt just because their stomach was full.
I believe the reason for fasting is for the body to easily absorb SN so that if ever vomiting begins, there's only a few amounts of SN being expelled because most of it has already been absorbed by the body.
