I woke up from this messed up dream. As always it's slightly vague but the main part is I had to die, there were 2 other people and 3 silver metal coffins in a row that we had to get into before they gave us something to die.
I didn't want to go, was running away. Being chased. It was horrible.

I find myself in a strange reality when I'm feeling more suicidal and hopeless during the day but at night when these dreams where someone is trying to kill me, I want to survive.

This post is a bit crap really but wondered if anyone has similar dreams? Thought's about them?

Not really similar, but I have a few.

Untill past few weeks I had nightmares once per week maybe, but now it's absolute hell. I can have nightmare every night if I'm sleep without some light source (I have no idea why it started happening), but in the most of them nothing happening, I mean literally, I wake up as usually, every thing is on its right place (except the light switches aren't working and there is always night), everything as in reality, but with every second my anxiety and fear increases a lot making me think that one more second and something horrible will happen if I not quit this dream right now, and the only way to quit it is to kill myself with any possible method including the stupidiest ones. Sometimes it goes in a loop and I get another similar dream instantly, where the previous method is not working anymore (wtf?).

It seems a bit reversed version of your dreams, because I can be somehow positive during the day, but in these dreams I'm like a crazy suicide.

I get the loop dreams, where I die and it starts again. It's so strange. Groundhog day!

For me it's only when someone else is trying to kill me, if I'm doing it myself in my dream that doesn't bother me.

It sounds like you're having a tough time, I'm sorry. It's so draining when you're going through something like that and night can be a long and scary period.

Uh, like in Happy Death Day?

Yeah. I probably should go to my psychiatrist with that. Maybe, someday, haha

I've not seen that haha.

Well you could try a little meditation to calm your mind and body before bed and maybe when you're feeling that way, concentrate on your breathing and slowing it down to a calm, normal rate.
It might help. It's strange that it's a new thing without a trigger.

The issue is when I do this, I can get a sound hallucination like a bang or some scream for like a half-second, that makes me fear and anxiety for a while and I have to chill in phone or something until it gone. So I'm usually think about some things or talking to myself in my mind instead. What a joke this all.

But thanks anyway! Hope you have a great day/night. Sorry if I been annoying.

Sometimes I have strange dreams but I mostly forget the details of them when I wake up. I know I have had dreams of being chased before. I think because often I feel stressed during the day, that is reflected in my dreams. Dreams really can be weird. Maybe it is the survival instinct which could explain why you want to survive in your dreams.
