Seems like FSH but lying down? I'd be concerned SI would make you kick out of it. Even with FSH you have to make sure nothing nearby to help you get out of it.

I think it might've been in Five Last Acts that there was an almost identical documented successful case of this method? The person laid on a hard surface and used something heavy to weigh down on their neck. I can't remember if it was FLA where I saw it, but I saw it somewhere. Seems viable.Similar threads
