Doubt about SN purity aquarium test result

Hello everyone, I would like an opinion from you regarding the results of an aquarium test I've done today, concerning a package of sn arrived yesterday but not at all hermetic. Personally it seems to me that the color is between 5mg/L (50% purity) and 10mg/L (100% purity). Do you think it can be used?

From your pictures, I would agree it's between the two indicator colors. But, we all know that color varies wildly from one computer to another. Have you done a blood test, yet? Based on your pics alone, I really don't know what to tell you.

What percentage does the SN you purchased purport to be? I'm sure it's something less than 100%, as I've never seen 100% SN.

Also, I suppose if you have enough SN, and enough financial resources, you could send a sample to an independent lab for analysis.

Thank for your feedbacks, yes i've also done a blood test the result of which was positive.The site where I ordered it from said 99% purity, but I doubt they sell it in bulk and don't stock it properly, because it came in a plastic bag rolled up on itself and not hermetic at all.

So I fear that despite the good starting quality, it has oxidized to perhaps 80-60% purity. Wanting to use it, I would therefore be forced to almost double the expected dose, increasing the risk of failure.

Thanks for the advice on having it analyzed, but I preferred to opt for ordering from another supplier, this time with a sealed bottle.

Maybe run another one. When I did my first one it gave similar results but I believed either my 2ml offset was somewhat low or my secondary 1 liter wasn't dead on. I did a second one and made sure to pinpoint exact measurements, distilled water wise. My second result was as dark as it gets. So I did a third just to confirm and got the same results.
