Overdosing is not a reliable ctb method. I think many people use this method impulsively when they are at a point of desperation, it is well known that it is not recommended. There has been many failed attempts. It must be awful to have damage, I'm sorry you have to deal with that. I wish you the best.

OTC meds are ridiculously unreliable, even if you calculate and go over the 'fatal' dose for your weight, you'll probably just come out with permanent damage... not worth the tiny chance of it actually working. I've Overdosed on paracetamol a lot of times but had two major ones, one in 2017 and one in august just gone and then a sleeping pill one too in September.. my liver nearly failed on both occasions although this time I was on the NAC for 7days solid..
i am fighting the urge to use paracetamol again, I know my liver won't survive a 3rd major od! I've got 62 paracetamol that I just look at.. if I knew they would finish me off I would take them right now!
So I have moved on to a new method now.

People have died from what is known as the Benadryl Challenge. Taking too much Benadryl is dangerous but I don't know what the exact circumstances were in these fatal cases.

Swallowing too much hydrogen peroxide can also be deadly.

Whether it's benadryl or peroxide, I don't believe either of these methods provides an easy death, death with these methods sound like it would take time and be painful and uncomfortable and the same probably holds true of all over the counter methods.

how much ibuprofen did you take in total and how much of what sort of alcohol?

Pretty sure most people wouldn't survive shooting 2g of H or 200mg F iv.

Don't bother od-ing on pills or otc medicine.

I take metoprolol for a heart rhythm condition. I've been thinking that may be my way to ctb. I get a 90 day supply of it at a time. That's 180 25mg tablets. If I took all that it would definitely slow my heart rate down to zip and I would have zero blood pressure. And with that much in my system, I don't think any amount of dialysis or cardiac pacing will help.

I don't recommend it at all. You're more likely to suffer from more severe cardiac problems then to successfully ctb that way so please don't do it.

I don't know. I'm a critical care nurse and I've researched it. Knew of a nurse who did this last year. I normally take 2 tabs a day and my heart rate is in the 60's with a low normal blood pressure. If I take 180 tabs when my family isn't around I should be good to go. But I'll do more research.

Yeah, overdoses are notoriously unreliable. Saying that, I know someone, who did take shit loads of valium and other drugs and he died. So it is possible but over the counter pain pills and such are a terrible idea for overdosing.
