Doing SN Out in Wilderness

I've narrowed down to SN as the best way to handle committing suicide, but I don't want to leave my body for someone to find and traumatize them.

I'd like to go out somewhere deep in the wilderness where you'd be hard pressed to run into another human, and then take everything there. I'd pass away surrounded by nature with no mess for anyone else to clean up. In the off-chance that anyone does find my body, it would hopefully be enough time for decomposition to set in so there hopefully just be some bones and clothing left behind. I'd likely have a note in a plastic bag explaining who I was and what happened just so there wouldn't be any confusion for someone who did find my corpse.

Are there any potential complications for this plan? Any particular considerations? I would mail out letters to everyone who would need to get one by snail mail to give me plenty of time to get to where I need to go and I would make it clear that I'd already be dead when they were reading it so there's no ambiguity.

peace to you. please make sure you look up the area re hikers etc. — people are going further and further out these days. consider putting up a note saying to call the appropriate authorities.

If you're mailing out letters snail mail, better be darn sure you're going to go through with your ctb, because once the letters are in the mailbox, that's pretty much the end of that. You'll have a lot of explaining to do if you don't go through with your ctb. People back out all the time from their ctb. You need to think this through some more, I think.

To ctb in nature is something I really wish I could do. I would give anything to be able to do it that way. But I don't think I will risk it - no matter how remote you think the area is, there can still be someone roaming around.
