Venting dog health getting worse.

my dogs been on the physically weaker side for the good part of a few months now but its gradually gotten a lot worse

at first it was just her tripping over her own paws while walking but now she refuses to get up even to piss outside or drink water or eat

we went to the vet and they didn't find anything but gave her meds, then we finished them all and she's actually gotten worse since

atp I dont know if she'll get better and if we have to put her down I'll have nothing left in my already nearly empty life
