Help Does this count as SA?

I was talking to this boy I knew from school but like we didn't really know each other but know of each other. We started flirting and eventually started talking about dating and my sexual experiences and he was asking me question after question of things that I've done or haven't. I hadn't done anything past making out. After I answered them all we talked about meeting up after school the next day (I was 14 and he was 15 at the time, we were freshmen). We ended up deciding to and then went to bed because it was like 1 or 2 in the morning. The next day after sleeping I had second thoughts about it but didn't cancel. He ended up saying things were still weird with his ex and that it didn't feel right to him at all. I didn't really care since we didn't know each other too well and I didn't like him that much but I said something the long the lines of "alright but I'm here if you reconsider or whatever." After school he responded to me and was like "I'm sorry I didn't see that sooner, I did reconsider, could you meet me near the tennis courts?" I was supposed to be in tutoring at the time but was skipping so I had nothing better to do. I went over there and we met about in the parking lot and the first thing he did was kiss me, we were in public view so he was like let's find somewhere more private and we ended up going to a corner of a building that's not visible from most of the parking lot and we started making out. In the conversations we had before I said that was all I was comfortable with and that I would have to be with someone upwards of a year. He kept grabbing my ass (which I was okay enough with) and asking me to do more and I kept saying no. Eventually I said he could see my boobs and he started sucking on them and stuff which I wasn't really okay with but I let it happen. He started asking to finger me and to eat me out which I strictly said no too. Then he asked me to touch his dick and I didn't want to so I was like "not right now" and he kept asking and asking so eventually I said fine and I put my hand on the outside of his pants and he grabbed my wrist and moved it down his pants and on his actual dick and basically moved my hand to give him a hand job while we kissed. After a while he moved his hand and left me to keep going and I did. He was trying to convince me to go into one of the offices and let him eat me out but I lied and told him one of the cars was my dad and ended up going to the other side of the school.

I don't know if it counted as SA since I technically did eventually say yes to everything we did even though I didn't want to.

yes this is SA :( you said no and you didnt want everything of what happened. he knew your boundaries and what you were uncomfortable with but he asked anyway and literally forced you physically by moving your hand.
