I just want to make sure these medications work for SN method. What I have are ibuprofen 200mg, Domperidone (Motilium) 10mg, and antacid. I don't have any benzos it is just hard to get it here. If there is more medication or steps on what to do, tell me please. Thank you guys.
Ibuprofen 200mg will absolutely have no effect on easing the pain, just increase the risk of vomiting. And you should increase the dose of Domperidone.

I would expect a lot of pain and discomfort.
Without strong sedatives I wouldn't consider SN, but that's just me.
Of course there are also cases where the bus ride has been peaceful and painfree. Since everyone reacts differently, I wouldn't bet on it.
The method of action of SN alone implies that it is a painful way to go given that your body will fight its poising. Again, I would do everything in my power to make it more peaceful and safe. So increase the antiemetic and try to get some benzos. If you can't, try if research chemicals are an option in your country

well it doesnt mention pain in the peaceful pill handbook at all
if it was some horrible painful hellish experience i dont see why in the peaceful pill handbook they would recommend it
to me it seems like you will become tired and dizzy and then pass out due to lack of oxygen

If you take it in accordance with the protocol mentioned in the same handbook. This protocol includes high doses of antiemetics as well as benzos. Then, it's painfree.

I mean nausea, tachycardia, headache, all the stuff! It's most likely physically unpleasant.
Look into the reports on this site of people who woke up after ingesting it. Or at hospital case reports (although they need to be taken with a grain of salt as any medical intervention comes with its own unpleasant effects).
On the other hand, there was a video of a young women posted here recently, where it looked peaceful.
Any poisoning of your body will cause your body to fight against it. The only thing that can make it pleasant is to lose consciousness before that happens. SN in and of itself has neither sedative nor hypnotic effect. That's why the handbook recommends benzos.
And look at the recommended dosage. If it was just for emotional pain and a little bit of anxiety you wouldn't need 50(!)*10mg Valium!

I'm taking Domperidone too, 3 x 10mg tablets. The medical leaflets advise not to take an antacid with it because you need enough stomach acid to properly absorb it.
According to the new jersey department of health hazard sheet and other sources, you can get a headache and abdominal pain, basically nothing we haven't experienced before, the intensity of the pain and time it takes to pass out varies from person to person.
We all have experienced it but I can imagine it's much worse when you're in the process of dying. I wouldn't take the risk — my intention is to make my last moments not as discomforting as my whole life

It's difficult to get benzos where I live, doctors are reluctant to prescribe them even if you have anxiety, they prefer pushing SSRIs. Online pharmacies here require an original prescription, and the risk with sourcing benzos from abroad is that there are a lot of fake meds sold by international online pharmacies, so some of us have no other choice but to suffer through it.
