Does it matter if I order industrial grade or food grade SN if they are both the same purity level?

Also, has anybody had any experience importing to the UK from China or know anything about how well checked it is?

According to some threads, food grade is better. Since it's designed for human consumption, it causes less vomitting compared to industrial grade SN
